To see if your tires have low tread, stick a penny in your tire with the head of Lincoln facing down. If you can still see Lincoln's head than you need new tires.

One of the most important parts of a tires life is how often and when it is rotated. When you are driving you are causing a lot of wear and tear on the tire. When the tires are on your car in a specific way, they start to wear and tear a specific way. If you do not rotate your tires, then you could be causing damage to your car, and you are most definitely cutting the life of your tires in half or more.
